About J. W. Scudder Roofing

J. W. Scudder Roofing Specialists is a family-run roofing contractor established in 1983. The company says it has installed and repaired hundreds of pitched and flat roofs over more than 40 years, and it also works on roofline, Velux windows and loft boarding. Specialist services include traditional lead burning and heritage leadwork, as well as fixed-fee roof condition reports with photographs and recommendations.

John W. Scudder started the company; his son John joined in 1998 and now works alongside Jai Carter and Sonny Gladdish. The team coordinates with related projects, keeps customers updated and works to agreed deadlines. The company says it provides a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee and offers free, no-obligation quotes. It is registered with NFRC and CompetentRoofer, belongs to TrustMark, and lists CHAS and Guild of Master Craftsmen accreditation.
