J Ford Heating & Plumbing Services Ltd
Gas, heating, plumbing and bathrooms from a Surbiton-based team
About J Ford Heating & Plumbing Services Ltd
J Ford Heating & Plumbing Services Ltd is based in Surbiton and works across south-west London and Surrey. It serves homes and businesses with gas, heating, plumbing and bathroom work, including boiler installation and repair, central and underfloor heating, radiators, smart controls, complete bathrooms, wet rooms, leak detection and emergency plumbing.
The team comprises managing director and senior engineer Jack Ford, a second senior heating and plumbing engineer, a plumbing engineer and bathroom specialist, and an office manager. The company says its quotations set out costs, timings and the work schedule, and it offers free estimates.
For new boilers, the team advises on boiler type, size and location, orders the chosen unit, and says it will usually fit and certify it within a day. It can add customers to an annual servicing calendar. Its Vaillant and Viessmann installer accreditation allows it to offer a ten-year guarantee on new boiler installations.

What customers say
Jack fitted a new water cylinder. It was a fuss free process. My tenant said he was very tidy.
Water not being heated by gas boiler, needing replacement of failed valve into hot water tank. Much bigger job than anticipated but carried out efficiently and smoothly. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Jack provided helpful information and options for upgrading our heating system. He and Lewis carried out the work to a fantastic standard, they were clean and tidy and very polite.
