IntelliCasa designs, installs and maintains smart systems for high-end homes, offices and hospitality venues. Established in 2006, the company works from London and also undertakes projects in Geneva and other locations. It says it limits the number of clients it works with so it can provide tailored, long-term support.

Residential systems include automated lighting, motorised blinds and curtain tracks, heating and cooling controls, security, CCTV, door entry, WiFi, Starlink, audio visual equipment and bespoke cinema rooms. For businesses, it also supplies conferencing, room scheduling, network, lighting and access-control systems.

Its in-house team coordinates system design, technical drawings, cabling, installation and calibration with architects, interior designers and builders. It manages work from the first design meeting through handover, including client demonstrations and post-installation support.

Aftercare covers both reactive and preventative maintenance for residential and commercial smart systems. The company states that it has completed more than 500 projects and lists certified or partner status with several automation, networking and security manufacturers.
