Ilford Electricians Ltd
Electrical installation, repairs and property certificates in London
About Ilford Electricians Ltd
Ilford Electricians Ltd provides electrical installations and repairs for homes and businesses, alongside property certification services. It works with landlords to help them meet rental-property safety and compliance requirements. Its services include Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), gas safety certificates and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
For an EICR, the company inspects a property's wiring, electrical fixtures and associated systems, then reports on their condition and safety. If an inspection identifies issues requiring remedial work, it offers a quote for the repairs or improvements. Gas certificate inspections cover appliances, fittings, chimneys and flues; after a successful inspection, the company issues the certificate and records any defects or remedial work required.
An EPC assessment begins with a visit from an assessor. The company says its assessors are accredited and use on-site technology to prepare reports, with certificates typically delivered within a few days. It serves landlords, homeowners and businesses, and advertises service throughout the year, 24 hours a day.

What customers say
If I could give this company 10 stars I would. This is a company to rely on and know you’ll get the best service. I booked online and expected disappointment but it was a gold star service. Arrived promptly, professional review and then emailed all the necessary info the next day.
Amazing service from start to finish. Incredibly professional and the quality of the work is unmatched. They knew exactly what was required and efficiently carried out the work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Don't use anyone else. They were professional, were able to give me a 7am appointment so I could work the day and were efficient and we'll priced.
