About ICS Design and Build Ltd
ICS Design & Build is a residential and commercial design and build company founded in 2016. It works with homeowners, developers and property management companies across London and around the M25. Its stated services include extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations, renovations, electrical and plumbing work, and carpentry.
The company starts with a consultation to discuss the project, budget and timeline, then prepares designs, plans and an estimate before construction. Its team has over 20 years of combined industry experience and works on residential and commercial projects.
ICS says it keeps clients informed during projects and aims to work to agreed timelines and budgets. It offers post-completion support, including touch-ups and advice on making use of newly created space.
