About Hurlingham Developments
Established in 2005 by Andy Szumski, Hurlingham Developments carries out residential building and renovation work in Fulham and South West London. Its projects include house and flat refurbishments, extensions, basements, loft conversions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, wet rooms and roofing.
The company also offers architectural design, planning applications, structural engineering, party wall agreements and project management. It works independently or alongside a client’s chosen experts, and describes a process with clear communication throughout each project, a tailored consultation and a quote. Bespoke carpentry, electrical installations, boiler installations, tiling and plastering are also listed.
Roofing work includes repairs to flat, slate and tiled roofs, roof replacement, fibreglass flat roofing, gutter cleaning and chimney repairs. The company says new roofing work has a ten-year guarantee. Painting and decorating is provided through its sub-branch, Hurlingham Painters & Decorators.
