Residential and commercial construction in London
About houseUP
houseUP is a London construction company for residential and commercial projects. Its services include full property refurbishment, extensions, basement and loft conversions, design and build, and work on listed buildings and properties in conservation areas.
The company works with partner architects and specialist tradespeople. It can arrange feasibility work, design, planning, tendering and construction, or price building work from a third party's drawings. A project manager oversees the site and acts as the main contact.
Before work starts, houseUP offers a site visit and prepares an itemised scope and quotation. Customers can follow progress, the programme and budget through a digital dashboard. Project managers carry out quality checks, and handover includes certificates and warranties plus aftercare during the defect liability period.
The company reports more than 150 completed London projects and two offices, in Covent Garden and Hackney. It also states that its Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions are carbon neutral, certified by Equilibrium.

What customers say
houseUP did a 4 month complete renovation of our flat in South Kensington. We were very pleased with their work. Vincenzo put together a great team led by a very capable site manager.
I would absolutely recommend Vincenzo and the houseUP team. They completed an 8 month full refurbishment/extension of our house at the end of 2019.
I hired houseUP after meeting with Vinz and the team - I found them down to earth, easy to deal with and very flexible and fair with me, unlike many other companies we asked to quote our project.
