Homeconcepts Renovations
Building, refurbishment and extensions across London and the Home Counties
About Homeconcepts Renovations
Homeconcepts is a privately owned building and refurbishment company established in 2004. It works across London, the Home Counties and the South East, taking on renovations, extensions, loft extensions, kitchens and bathrooms. Its services include design and installation for kitchens and bathrooms, as well as bespoke joinery, home automation and maintenance.
The company offers architectural and interior design, planning and freeholder permissions, listed-property work and landscaping. Its full-time team includes carpenters, joiners, plumbers, tilers, electricians and decorators, supported by project managers, surveyors and customer-service co-ordinators.
A project typically starts with a meeting to discuss requirements, followed by a detailed quote and revisions to the specification. Homeconcepts offers standard and express project approaches; the express approach progresses structural drawings and Building Control while planning approval is pending. The company says teams are supervised by PRINCE2-accredited project managers and that it holds public and employers’ liability insurance.

Spending only part of the year in the UK, we needed a trustworthy team - and we found one. The result is a beautiful blend of classic and modern, delivered on time and within budget.
