Home Improvements and Construction Ltd.
Extensions, conversions and home renovations in Surbiton and Surrey
About Home Improvements and Construction Ltd.
Home Improvements & Construction Ltd carries out extensions, loft and garage conversions, refurbishments and new builds from Surbiton. The company says its team includes architects, builders, electricians and plumbers, and that it has over 20 years of industry experience.
Its projects can include design, planning, project management, structural work and finishing trades. Customers can request a face-to-face consultation and quote, or send plans by email. The company provides a project schedule and uses a JCT building contract when a quote is accepted.
The business is family-run. Its owner, Andi, has worked in the building industry for nearly 20 years, and his wife Debra manages the office. The company says completed projects receive a five-year structural warranty and that all structural work carries a five-year guarantee.

What customers say
Andi and his team were great and we are very pleased with the finish. They turned up on time, sometimes early andthe extension seamlessly matches in with the rest of the property which is an achievement given it is 100 years old. He came up with a few ideas that our architect hadn't mentioned and was always friendly and contactable.
