Home Constructive
Residential builders for renovations, extensions and conversions in West London
About Home Constructive
Home Constructive is a family-owned building company founded by Artan Petic in 2014 and based in West London. It works on residential improvements, extensions and renovations across London, including projects for houses and flats.
Its work includes house and kitchen extensions, loft and basement conversions, house renovations and bathroom renovations. The company offers a design-and-build service, with support for design, planning permission and building control. It also describes arranging architectural drawings and structural calculations for loft projects.
The company says it keeps clients involved through regular communication and key decisions, and assigns a dedicated project manager to guide each build. It offers a free, no-obligation site survey and estimate. Its renovation pages state that builds have a lifetime guarantee and that customers receive relevant certification and paperwork at completion.
