Holt Construction

Holt is a family-run design and build company founded by brothers Rob and James Holt in 2001. It works on residential building, renovation and refurbishment projects, offering project management and interior design alongside construction. Its in-house offer also includes tailor-made joinery, planning application support, swimming pools and health suites, and landscaping.

Before work starts, Holt develops a costed scope with clients and holds several meetings to understand their vision, budget and practical requirements. It coordinates architects, designers and contractors, assigns a dedicated project manager and shares regular updates. The company says it limits concurrent projects and keeps sites clean and compliant with Building Regulations.

At handover, clients receive an operations manual and help with move-in details. A project manager tracks items during a six-month snagging period, with a customer care team available for follow-up. The company was founded by brothers Rob and James Holt and works with a core team of skilled tradespeople.
