HM Design and Build Ltd
Building and electrical contractors in Barnet, serving London and the home counties
About HM Design and Build Ltd
HM Design and Build undertakes house extensions, new builds, refurbishments, loft and garage conversions, and electrical work. Its services also include bathroom and kitchen renewal, wall and chimney breast removal, tiling, fencing, CCTV and burglar alarms.
The company says its team has delivered design solutions for over 10 years. Each project starts with a free, no-obligation design consultation at the property. Its in-house structural engineers prepare designs, calculations and drawings for Building Control, then the construction team can carry out and manage the work.
The company describes weekly site meetings and invoices every two weeks for completed work. It holds 5% retention, releasing half at completion and the remaining half after a six-month defects period. The team is described as fully insured, with experienced site managers overseeing its tradespeople.
