Loft conversions and home extensions in Bromley
About Highview Building Services
Highview Building Services is a family business run by father-and-son team Mark and Jack Rogers. It carries out loft conversions and home extensions, including dormer, L-shaped dormer, mansard, hip-to-gable and Velux conversions, as well as single-storey, multi-storey and wrap-around extensions.
The company offers a joined-up service with an in-house architect, engineer and project team. Work begins with a property survey and free, itemised quotation. The team can prepare designs, advise on planning permission and submit applications where needed, then oversee the build and keep clients informed. After completion, it carries out a walk-through and snagging inspection. Building work is covered by a 10-year workmanship guarantee.

What customers say
With three girls we needed more space and two bathrooms! Mark and the team created two large bedrooms and a shower room from the old loft space, and the girls love it! We were surprised at how quick the work was completed and all to a superb finish
I would like to say a big thank you to Mark and Highview for their tireless work on our loft. Very well organised and really pleased with the lovely room they have created for us.
I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Highview on my home. In under 4 weeks the loft room was completed along with a brand new bathroom.
