About Heath Projects Limited
Heath Projects is a family-run design-and-build contractor based in Blackheath and Greenwich. It works across residential, commercial, retail, leisure and industrial projects in London and beyond, and has been delivering construction and renovation work for over 30 years.
For homeowners, its services include loft conversions, house extensions, basement conversions, full house renovations and new builds. The company also takes on office, retail and hospitality fit-outs, as well as industrial construction and warehouse refurbishment.
The same team manages each project from the first survey to handover. A dedicated project manager coordinates design, programme, trades and suppliers; the company says it provides open-book pricing and focuses on keeping work on budget and programme.
