Plumbing and heating across London, the M25 and Hertfordshire
About Heat hero
Heat Hero is a plumbing and heating company run by James Stokes. The company says it has traded in London for over 20 years and works across the M25 and Hertfordshire.
Its services include central heating, gas boiler installation, repairs and servicing, power flushing, general plumbing, drainage, bathrooms and showers, toilets, and unvented hot water cylinders. It also lists emergency plumbing call-outs and a 24-hour breakdown service.
James completed a plumbing apprenticeship, then worked as a British Gas technician and a service manager for north London. Heat Hero says its heating engineers are Gas Safe registered, offers free no-obligation boiler quotes, and does not charge a call-out fee before 8pm.

What customers say
James came promptly and cheerfully that evening - diagnosed the problem, fixed our boiler, advised us on future measures and pootled off in good form.
James was quick to respond, and actually asked details about the boiler and what issues we were experiencing
