About Havian Contactors ltd
Havian Contractors is a family-run building company based in London, established by father-and-son builders Peter and Havian. They remain involved in project details, and the business says it has more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and remodelling.
Its work includes house extensions, loft, garage and basement conversions, new builds, refurbishment and bathrooms. The services list also covers plumbing, electrical work, roofing, plastering, painting, brick pointing, decorative plaster, joinery, landscaping, fencing, walls, patios and handyman repairs.
Projects begin with a discussion and a property visit to survey the work. The company can provide a free estimate and an indicative timescale; where approved plans are available, it calculates a fixed-price quotation and provides a schedule of work. Major projects have a supervisor from the initial survey to completion, and the company says it is fully insured.
