Hassco Building Ltd

Hassco Building is a family-run building contractor established in 1995. It specialises in residential refurbishment and new-build work, from minor works to large contracts in London and the surrounding area. Its work includes extensions, loft conversions, basement excavations, listed-building refurbishment, fire-damage reinstatement and multi-unit developments.

The company undertakes traditional and design-and-build contracts, negotiated or tendered, and works with architects, interior designers and engineers on contemporary and period-style projects. It directly employs craftsmen for ground and structural works, brickwork, plastering, carpentry and decorating, and partners with electrical, mechanical and other subcontractors for specialist work.

Company director Alan Hassan oversees projects, estimating and quality control. Metin Hassan is a chartered building surveyor who coordinates projects from start to completion, while partner Os Hassan manages site operations.
