Hard Shell Construction
Building, extensions and roofing in Wimbledon
About Hard Shell Construction
Hard Shell Construction carries out home extensions, loft conversions, renovations, bathroom installations, kitchen fitting and roofing in Wimbledon and surrounding areas. It says it has served the area since 1998 and that its team has more than 21 years’ building experience.
Projects begin with a free consultation, followed by a detailed cost breakdown. The team provides advice and updates throughout the work, stays on site for the project and cleans up afterwards. For extensions, it helps with planning and materials and works with the client’s architect and building control.
The company installs and refurbishes kitchens, including flooring, plumbing, painting, tiling and electrical work, and offers wet rooms and loft conversions with bathroom installation. Roofing work includes new roofs, repairs, Velux and skylight windows, gutters and roof cleaning. It states that it is fully insured.

What customers say
Very friendly, reliable and reasonable - no surprise changes to his quotes. works to a high standard and knows his stuff - he had several good solutions to some fiddly building jobs around our flat and didn't try to push unnecessary work. We are pleased!
We are absolutely delighted with our new loft room and en-suite. Its exactly how we wanted it and Richard was very patient and helpful with the changes we made.
The service was outstanding. His work is very thorough but manages to keep the work space very clean.
