About Hammond & Sons
Hammond and Sons is a family-run plumbing and heating business serving Essex and surrounding areas. The company says it has more than 30 years’ experience in the trade.
Its engineers install, repair and service boilers, work on central heating systems and carry out general plumbing, including toilet and shower installation. The company also offers emergency plumbing. For boiler work, an engineer visits to survey the job before the customer decides whether to proceed; the work is then done by its own engineers, not subcontractors.
The company states that its engineers are Gas Safe registered and that it holds public liability insurance. It offers free, no-obligation quotes and accepts cash and credit cards.
