About Hamilton King Ltd
Hamilton King is a London design and build studio for bespoke residential renovations, extensions and basements. It leads projects from early feasibility, planning and architectural design through construction, with a single point of contact and oversight of quality and programme.
The studio works on period and listed homes as well as contemporary interiors. Its team manages construction and snagging with builders, and designs interior layouts and bespoke joinery alongside the architectural plans. It also offers interior design and landscaping through trusted partners.
Jon King established Hamilton King in 2010 after renovating his own home. Director Tom Poole joined in 2012 and became a director in 2016; the wider team includes designers and project specialists. The studio is based in London.

What customers say
Hamilton King designed an elegant but functional kitchen for us. The space was awkward but the team came up with clever solutions; from start to finish the process was straightforward, seamless and within budget.
A pleasure to work with the team at Hamilton King. They worked collaboratively and creatively with us to make our dream home come true and we're excited to see it come to life slowly as we progress.
We are delighted with the finished results of both our bespoke kitchen and complete refurbishment of our Grade II listed home. The design was elegant yet thoroughly functional for everyday living.
