About Guardian Developments
Guardian Developments is a West London design and build company working on residential renovations, extensions, refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom installations, and property maintenance. James started the business in 2007 after developing a property in Shepherd’s Bush.
The company works with a core team of specialist contractors and says it has built relationships with tradespeople over almost twenty years. James describes planning and organisation as important, while noting that work on older buildings can reveal problems once a project is under way.
Guardian Developments coordinates whole-house projects as well as smaller jobs. It works with sellers preparing homes for the market, buyers who have recently purchased a property, and landlords arranging maintenance. The company says it keeps parties informed and aims to resolve maintenance issues quickly.

What customers say
James project managed our extension and was a delight to work with from start to finish.
James oversaw the renovation of our flat from start to finish. He was great to work with and nothing was ever too much trouble.
We retained Guardian Developments to renovate a flat that we had recently purchased. James had great ideas, all executed in a really professional manner and on time.
