Greater London Water
Water supply pipe and main services across Greater London
About Greater London Water
Greater London Water replaces lead pipes and installs, renews and repairs water supply pipes and water mains for residential and commercial properties. Its work ranges from private lead pipe replacement to commercial water main installations.
Before excavation, the team carries out utility surveys and pipe tracing. It uses trenchless methods, including pneumatic moling and directional drilling, to limit disruption. The company says it issues completion certificates for relevant pipe and main work, including certificates accepted by Thames Water and other water authorities.
Customers can request a no-obligation quote, and the company says it provides upfront estimates and detailed pricing. It offers a 24-hour emergency response for water main and supply pipe repairs, aims to attend within an hour where possible and subject to availability, and states that it gives a 25-year guarantee.
