About Great Spaces
Great Spaces builds residential extensions, loft conversions and garden buildings, and renovates homes in South East London. Its renovation work can include kitchens, bathrooms, other rooms and structural work.
Rob Cordell started the company after years working in the building trade. He wanted homeowners to enjoy the building process as well as the finished space, and has since built a team of workers. The company offers free quotations and says it keeps communication open throughout a project.
Its portfolio includes a rear extension that grew into a full-house renovation, and extensions for two neighbouring households. Work shown also includes kitchen installation, bathroom renovation, underfloor heating and a downstairs shower room with wet-room floors.
