Goodwood Fitch Building

Goodwood Fitch undertakes residential construction and refurbishment projects, mainly in South West and Central London, and says it is also operational across London and Surrey. Its work includes extensions, lofts and refurbishments, alongside bathroom design and installation. The company also makes bespoke kitchens, dressing rooms and other joinery in its own workshop near Wimbledon.

The company describes a project-management approach with a full-time site manager, fixed fees and regular cost reporting. It says the project manager coordinates trades, materials, planning and site activity, and that clients receive weekly updates on costs and progress. Goodwood Fitch can work with its own architect contacts or alongside a client’s existing architect.

Goodwood Fitch says it has more than 30 years’ experience. Its windows business manufactures timber sash windows and doors, including Accoya products, and states that its sash windows carry a minimum 10-year guarantee. It is a member of FENSA and the British Woodworking Federation. Other interior finishes include resin flooring and microcement for floors, walls and wet areas.
