Good Design & Build is a South West London design and build studio specialising in Victorian and 1930s homes. It undertakes loft conversions, kitchen and house extensions, refurbishments, and basement and garage conversions, with work from design and planning through to construction.
The team includes architects, technicians, project managers and builders. Founder and managing director Amol Kshatriya leads a multidisciplinary team. The company offers measured surveys, design drawings, planning applications, technical drawings and structural specifications before a separate build phase.
During construction, a foreman is dedicated to each project and project managers oversee progress, budget and timing. The company coordinates with third parties and helps clients select suppliers. At handover it addresses snags and provides relevant completion certificates and warranties. It offers free consultations and itemised quotes.
