FS Group
Property maintenance and repairs based in London
About FS Group
FS Group is a family-run, two-generation property maintenance business founded in 1998. It works with homeowners, landlords, businesses and property managers across London and the South East. Its services include drainage, plumbing, heating, electrical work, air conditioning, roofing, handyman jobs and property refurbishments.
The team handles emergency call-outs as well as planned work. It says it operates around the clock and aims to send an engineer within two hours for emergencies, subject to availability. Smaller jobs can often be quoted over the phone; larger projects receive an on-site survey and a fixed quote before work starts.
After booking, the help desk allocates an engineer and provides progress updates and a tracking link. Customers receive a job report with photographs and an itemised invoice when the work is complete. FS Group states that completed jobs carry a six-month workmanship guarantee.
