FrontierstroyUK Design & Build
Residential design, extensions and refurbishment in London
About FrontierstroyUK Design & Build
FrontierstroyUK Design & Build undertakes high-end residential construction and refurbishment in London. Its services include house extensions, loft conversions, basement construction and home renovations, with architecture, interior design and project management available through one team. The company says its in-house builders, architects, designers and project managers coordinate each commission from planning through construction, finishing and handover.
Projects begin with a site visit and consultation. The team can prepare architectural drawings, submit planning applications and coordinate structural engineers, building control and party wall surveyors. It provides tender documents and cost breakdowns before the contract stage, then manages scheduling, site supervision, progress updates, snagging and bespoke finishes. Basement projects include excavation, underpinning and piling.
Its director, Radoslav Petkov, leads a team that includes architects, designers, project managers and craftsmen. The company says most of its workforce is in-house and lists Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Wandsworth and Hammersmith among its service areas.
