FQ Contractors undertakes new-build projects, conversions, major renovations, extensions and fit-out work for developers, private clients, architects and interior designers. Its construction work includes groundworks and foundations, steel and concrete structures, brickwork, roofing, windows, glazed doors, and full fit-out and decoration. The company also has a kitchen showroom and joinery shop, offering kitchens and bespoke woodwork including sash windows, doors, staircases and furniture.

Founded by managing director Cristian Podina in 2009, the company operates from Bermondsey and works throughout Greater London. It offers design and build from conception to completion, or construction alongside a client’s own professional team. Its in-house team covers design, engineering, project and site management, contract administration, compliance and coordination.
