About Focus Building Services
Focus Building Services began trading in September 2008. It designs, installs and maintains heating, plumbing, air conditioning and building management systems for new builds and period properties. Its work includes mechanical design and installation, planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns.
The company works with construction and property management companies, private clients and their professional teams. It serves clients in London, the Home Counties and the South of France. Its services include mechanical fit-outs, refurbishments and retrofits, plus renewable options such as solar energy, ground source heat pumps and hydro energy.
Its process is to analyse the problem and possible solutions, plan the work, then send engineers to carry out the action plan. Managing Director Michael Watmore and Commercial Director Cherisse Harris joined forces to establish the business, bringing experience in plumbing and estimating. Emergency response is available to contract clients.
