About Focus Build Home Improvements
Focus Build undertakes new builds and home improvements, including house and flat renovations, extensions, loft conversions, basement work, kitchens and bathrooms. The company also takes on residential and commercial development projects and has more than 20 years of experience.
Its team includes architects, builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, glaziers, plasterers and decorators. Focus Build offers a design and build service, can provide architectural planning and design, and assigns a project manager to keep clients informed while work is under way.
The company says it aims to minimise disruption and complete projects on time and within budget. Its published work includes a full renovation of a four-floor Grade II listed property, with original features restored, and a 35,000 sq ft commercial warehouse development. It offers a free, no-obligation quote for basement work.

Just a quick thanks to you and your team. The wife is happy with the new loft conversion, a lot bigger than we thought it would be.
