Fittra Ltd
Home renovations, extensions, loft conversions and building work across London
About Fittra Ltd
Fittra is an NHBC-registered construction company working on residential and commercial projects. Its home services include new builds, house renovations and refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, and window and door installation. The company says it has more than 10 years’ experience and works with partner architects, engineers, consultants and designers.
For a project, Fittra starts with a site meeting and can help with architectural design. It then prepares an itemised proposal showing included and excluded work, discusses questions with the client and allows time to decide. Before work starts, the project manager and payment schedule are agreed on site. The company says it offers a free consultation and schedule of works, with regular communication during the project.
At completion, Fittra says it completes snagging and provides product warranties and relevant certificates. Its published portfolio includes house extensions, loft conversions, apartment refurbishments and new-build work. The company states that it holds £5 million public and product liability cover and £10 million employer’s liability cover.

What customers say
Team at Fittra possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent contractor: they know their market extremely well; they are diligent, responsive, and yet very understanding with their clients. They are very professional and offer cost saving alternatives when possible.
We did our house fully renovation last year July 2019 – December 2019 with Fittra. We are very pleased with the results – our new kitchen (rear extension with lantern roof light), loft conversion, hardwood flooring, underfloor heating, tiling and etc..
Can’t speak highly enough of Fittra and the job they did. They completed a rear extension, side return and loft extension and pretty much a full refurbishment of our house and garden in SW London.
