First Rate Roofing Ltd

First Rate Roofing Ltd carries out roof repairs, replacements and installation work for homes across South London, South West London and Surrey. Its specialist pages describe flat roofing, slate repairs and full re-slating, chimney repairs and gutter repairs. The company says it uses its own team and offers emergency response at any time.

The process includes a roof inspection and quote, with the company describing drone inspections to show customers roof conditions and explain repair options. It says the team works on slate roofs on period properties and matches replacement slate by size, colour and thickness. Written guarantees are available, including an insurance-backed guarantee through its CORC membership.

Its slate page states repairs are guaranteed for up to 10 years and full re-slating carries a 25-year guarantee. The company also describes a free inspection and no call-out fees.
