Firm Roofing

Firmline Roofing & Building provides roofing, loft conversion and exterior maintenance services to homeowners and commercial clients. It serves Chessington, Kingston, Cobham, Mitcham, Esher, Epsom, Worcester Park, Sutton, Surbiton and surrounding areas, and says it also undertakes work nationwide.

Its roofing services include new pitched and flat roofs, repairs, slate and tile roofing, guttering, fascias, soffits, chimney and leadwork, and roof cleaning. The company also offers loft conversions, house repointing and exterior painting.

For loft projects, the company says it manages structural work, insulation and finishing, with project managers providing updates from the architectural drawings through to the final local authority sign-off. It says much of the initial construction is done from outside using scaffolding to keep living areas accessible.

The company offers free site visits and quotations and says most projects can begin without a deposit. It states that its work is fully insured, carries public liability insurance and comes with guarantees.
