Firfield Construction

Firfield provides construction, development and design-and-build services for residential and commercial clients in London. Its work includes new-build construction, residential refurbishment, extensions, basements, listed-building works, home improvements, commercial fit-outs and commercial-to-residential conversions. It also provides project management and interior design.

Clients can use a traditional procurement approach with their own architect or choose design and build. Firfield says it works with design partners on conceptual proposals and planning applications, then manages projects through completion. It describes its approach as a partnership and aims to complete work on time, on budget and to the agreed quality.

The company was set up in 2013 and reports completing more than 140 construction projects across London. It works across Greater London and names Chelsea, Kensington, Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham, Wandsworth, Putney, Clapham, Battersea, Richmond and Ealing as areas of specialism. Site health and safety officers oversee the rules, with independent consultants carrying out regular inspections.
