About Fineva Construction ltd
Fineva Construction was formed in 2021 by Peter Cook and Jason Whelan, who had worked together on residential developments since 2014. Peter has 24 years of construction experience, including restorative plastering and work with period buildings. Jason previously worked as an international project engineer and property developer.
The company undertakes construction, design and build, maintenance and project management. Its maintenance services include subsidence and underpinning, drainage, damp proofing, roofing, gutters and chimneys, glazing, windows and doors, fire safety compliance, post-tenancy renovations, and internal and external decoration.
Fineva offers project management from concept to completion, coordinating clients, architects, engineers and contractors. Its project portfolio includes home renovations, extensions and a loft project; one renovation is described as completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
