About FCM Holdings
FCM Holdings was set up in 2004 by two directors with extensive construction industry experience. It specialises in basement conversions and also takes on new build and refurbishment projects, from an initial discussion and site review through design, planning, project management and construction.
The company says its team has over 70 years of project management experience and works with personally vetted architects, engineers, service providers and suppliers. A project manager oversees the work, with director support. After handover, clients can arrange minor alterations through its handyman and snagging service.
