Excel Construction
Home extensions, loft and basement conversions from a South London builder.
About Excel Construction
Excel Construction is an independent construction company serving homeowners and other clients in South London. It specialises in loft conversions, new builds and extensions, and also advertises basement conversions and roofing. The company says it has traded since 2004 and has more than 20 years of experience.
Its own staff carry out the work, with directors involved in project management. The company says it does not subcontract and that some employees have worked there for over 15 years. For extensions and loft conversions, its in-house designers help with plans and its supervisors visit sites two or three times a week to monitor progress.
The team offers free, no-obligation consultations and quotes. It manages design, planning, building regulations and construction, and says its project managers remain involved through completion. On new homes, Excel states that it offers an ICW structural guarantee for ten years.

What customers say
Excel Construction built our kitchen extension. The project was well managed and delivered on time. Alex and his team were very professional and the communication with us was excellent. Highly recommended.
Excel were excellent in the whole process of building my loft conversion. From the initial concept of utilising the space I had with drawings right through to the build and then the final product. Very tidy and clean and caused little disruption. Very good.
The work was estimated to take 12 weeks and they finished in 9 weeks. Remarkable job..
