Environ Restoration Services
Heritage building, roof and window restoration in London
About Environ Restoration Services
Environ Restoration Services restores and repairs traditional buildings and facades, including heritage properties. Its work includes stone restoration, brickwork and repointing, damp treatments, period roof repairs and timber sash and casement window repairs. The company describes work for homeowners, heritage sites, building owners, managing agents and public-sector clients.
The service is part of Environ Property Services Group, a family-owned business founded by brothers Terry and Ricky Clark over 15 years ago. The group says it has more than 65 employees, including surveyors, engineers, tradespeople and office staff. Terry Clark is a director and a member of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.
For restoration projects, the team can assess a property and provide a written report with a restoration plan, timeline and costs. Before repairing a period roof, it surveys the tiles, mortar and timbers, and says it prioritises repair over replacement where possible to preserve historic material. It also offers building, restoration and drone surveys.
