Residential building contractor serving Kent and South East London
About Ella-Rose Building Services (E.R.B.S)
Ella-Rose Building Services is a family-run residential building contractor founded in 2010. It undertakes extensions, loft conversions, home refurbishments and garden rooms, alongside smaller repairs and maintenance. Its team describes itself as covering residential building work from extensions through to landscaping.
The company works on one project at a time and says clients have direct communication with their builder. It discusses ideas and requirements before advising on next steps, including planning, design considerations and quotations. For refurbishments, the work can include kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, plastering, decorating, structural alterations, and electrical and plumbing upgrades.
Led by Michael Gibbs, the team also assesses and rectifies incomplete or defective work left by other builders. The company says it provides transparent estimates, staged payment schedules and clear communication through a project. It is based in Hextable and covers Kent and South East London.

What customers say
You rarely come across a builder you can trust, let alone one where the whole team goes above and beyond.
Brilliant from start to finish. Michael and his team were tidy, considerate and consulted us on all the details along the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with the end result and will be using Ella Rose Building Services again in the future.
