Egg Design Studio
Design and build company based in London
About Egg Design Studio
Egg Group designs and builds homes, workplaces and projects for hotel, leisure and healthcare clients. Residential work includes new builds, extensions, internal refurbishment and basements; the group also undertakes commercial fit-outs and MEP installations.
The business has operated since 1985, growing from a family building business in East London. Founder John Waites is Executive Chairman. Its in-house team includes architects, designers, project managers, builders and specialist MEP staff.
Projects can be delivered as a complete design and build service or as individual professional and trade services. A Board Director supervises each project, and the team says it keeps clients informed throughout.

What customers say
Having known and worked with the Egg group in the past I knew we were in good hands and had no doubt to trust them with the build of our first bricks and mortar site for our fresh pasta concept “La Nonna”. The whole building project seemed seamless as they were quick and efficient from the start constantly advising us on the multiple building elements of the process.
