Efficient Home Energy

Efficient Home Energy provides electrical, gas, heating, cooling and property-certificate services for homeowners, landlords and businesses across London. Its electrical work includes EICRs, remedial work, consumer-unit upgrades and full or partial rewires, alongside PAT testing and commercial certificates.

The heating and energy work includes boiler installation, servicing and repair, power flushing, heat pumps, solar panels and air conditioning. The company also carries out EPC assessments, gas safety checks, fire risk assessments, fire alarm certification and emergency-light testing, with certificate bundles available in one appointment.

It says it has provided EICRs for more than 12 years and has been an NICEIC member for 10 years. Electrical work is covered by insurance up to £2 million. EICR appointments can be available the next day, with digital certificates normally sent within 48 hours, while rewiring uses dust-extraction equipment to reduce mess.
