EDMT Developments
Design-and-build renovations and extensions in London
About EDMT Developments
EDMT Developments provides design-and-build services for homes in London and the Home Counties. Its work includes house renovations, extensions, loft and basement conversions, listed-building restoration and new builds. The company also offers architectural design, project management, bespoke joinery and interior work.
The in-house team includes project managers, design and contract managers, quantity surveyors, structural engineers and professional builders. A project can begin with a free site survey and feasibility review, followed by design, planning, a fixed quote and a JCT contract. The team manages the construction and carries out a handover at completion.
The company says it has over 20 years of combined experience and does not rely on subcontractors for new builds. Its stated work areas include North London and places such as Hampstead, Muswell Hill, Finchley, Chelsea, Kensington, Richmond, Ealing and Twickenham. It says new-build work is covered by professional, public and employer liability, and all-risk insurance.
