E&C Construction LTD

E&C Construction is based in Barking, East London, and has operated since January 2014. It says its team brings more than 50 years of combined experience. The company has managed and completed projects in and outside London for housing associations, councils and other clients, and says it can travel beyond the M25.

Its work includes domestic and commercial property refurbishment and maintenance, new builds, domestic electrical projects, emergency lighting and fire safety. The company has in-house electricians and undertakes fire stopping, fire door repair and maintenance, and new fire door installation. It also carries out insulation and other home improvement measures.

For exterior refurbishment, the team surveys the site, discusses the project and identifies problem areas before recommending materials. Kitchen and bathroom projects can include remodelling or renewal, with trades covering plumbing, electrical work, tiling, decoration and unit renewal. The company says it plans, organises and delivers projects with trained operatives.
