About DUB Building ltd
DUB Building is a small construction company working across South East London and Kent. Its work includes extensions, loft and chalet conversions, new kitchens and bathrooms, and complete home renovations. The team also takes on hard and soft landscaping and bespoke carpentry.
Director Vas set up the company 11 years ago, after completing projects for friends and family. He qualified as a carpenter around 20 years ago and is supported by a team of experienced tradespeople. For extensions and loft conversions, a dedicated project manager oversees the work from planning and design through the build.
The company offers design, drawings and planning applications, and says it can coordinate the trades needed for a project. It states that its work is guaranteed, carried out to current building regulations and fully insured. At the end of a build, it provides the necessary certificates.
