About Dream House Design Limited
Dream House Design builds new homes and undertakes home extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions and basement extensions. Its work also includes kitchens and bathrooms, with heating, plastering, tiling, decorating and flooring delivered as part of construction projects.
The company is run by Daniel and Irinel, who share more than 20 years’ experience in the building industry. They work with homeowners on private homes and rental or investment properties, coordinating architects, building control and specialist subcontractors.
A project starts with a home survey and estimate, followed by a detailed quotation and agreed schedule. Daniel or Irinel meets clients at agreed points during the work, and handover includes any agreed snagging.

What customers say
The DHD team worked extremely hard, kept within budget constraints and timetables. I spent a lot of time with them in a hard hat and they remained calm in all circumstances, showed huge respect to us which we hopefully returned.
