Drainage & Plumbing Ltd
Emergency drain clearance and repairs across South East England
About Drainage & Plumbing Ltd
Drainage & Plumbing Ltd is a drainage company serving homes, businesses and managed properties across South East England. It focuses on blocked drains and blockages, including blocked toilets, slow sinks, outside gullies and sewer backups. The company says it does not undertake internal plumbing, boiler work or leak repairs.
Its services include 24-hour emergency drain unblocking, high-pressure jetting, CCTV surveys, drain repairs and no-dig relining. The company says its engineers use local vans equipped with jetting, rodding and CCTV equipment, and that the engineer attending is part of its own team rather than a subcontractor.
Customers receive a fixed price before work begins, with no call-out fee. The company says it checks that drains are flowing before leaving and backs work with a workmanship guarantee. Its stated coverage includes towns across London, Surrey and Sussex, from Croydon and Epsom to Brighton and Eastbourne.

What their website says about each service
- Blocked Drains
“We clear blocked drains, blocked toilets and slow sinks for homes and businesses across South East England, covering London, Surrey, Sussex and surrounding areas.”
- CCTV Drain Surveys
“A camera survey shows us exactly what's going on roots, scale, slipped joints or a collapse so the fix is precise instead of guesswork.”
- Drain Repairs
“Cracked, collapsed or root-damaged pipes repaired so they stay fixed. And where digging would wreck your driveway or garden, we reline the pipe from the inside instead no excavation needed.”
What customers say
Blocked drain sorted the same evening the engineer arrived within the hour, cleared it completely and there was no call out fee. A very fair price too. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again.
Called at 9pm with a completely blocked kitchen drain. The engineer was here by 10:30 and had it fixed in under an hour. No call out fee, and he explained everything clearly. Brilliant.
We’d had a recurring blocked drain for months. They ran a CCTV survey, found a root intrusion and relined the pipe. It hasn’t blocked since. I only wish I’d called them sooner.
