About Dr H2o
Dr H2O is a family-run plumbing and heating company based in Carshalton, with more than 25 years’ experience. It serves domestic and commercial customers, landlords and letting agents across South London and Surrey. It also offers a 24-hour emergency call-out service.
Its plumbers handle water supply, drainage, sewage, leak tracing, tank replacements and plumbing installations and repairs. Gas Safe registered heating engineers install, service, repair and replace boilers, and work on radiators, central heating and underfloor heating. It fits and renovates bathrooms and installs wet rooms.
For bathroom and wet room projects, the team plans layouts, creates 3D designs and carries out installation. Work may include removing old fittings, rerouting supplies, fitting fixtures, laying floors and finishing walls or ceilings. Wet room installations include waste removal and a customer walkthrough, with aftercare advice available.
Bathroom installations carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee, and manufacturers’ warranties are honoured. The company says quotations are free, labour is paid after completion and customer satisfaction, and it aims to reach emergency customers within 45 minutes.

What customers say
Dan did an excellent job at my property. On time and on budget. Job included: Power flush, change all valves, check out boiler and system. Also did the kitchen flooring following a big water leak.
He fixed our ailing boiler quickly, hummed whilst he worked and has even offered to come back and check the boiler at any time if needed.
After flushing and re-balancing our radiators our whole system is now much quieter and warming the house nice and quickly.
