Design and build London Renovation Ltd
Design, construction and home renovation in Fulham and across London
About Design and build London Renovation Ltd
Design and Build London Renovation Ltd takes on residential design, construction and refurbishment projects across London. Its work includes new homes, house extensions, loft and basement conversions, full refurbishments and window installation. It is based in Fulham and says it has more than 20 years’ experience. The company also offers architectural design, project management, bespoke joinery, roofing and kitchen and bathroom design and supply.
The service can cover architectural planning, permissions, engineering, construction and project management. A site consultation and survey inform the design and estimate; the team prepares drawings and a schedule of works before construction. A project co-ordinator is assigned during planning and stays as the main contact through the build, with progress meetings and updates.
After the work, the company carries out a final walkthrough and handover. Its process includes a six-month snagging period, during which the client retains 2.5% of the contract value; material guarantees depend on the manufacturer. The company says its work is fully insured and guaranteed, and offers a free initial consultation.
