Loft conversions, extensions and refurbishments in Twickenham
About Decohomes Ltd.
Decohomes provides loft conversions, extensions, new builds and property refurbishments. Its loft work includes Velux, dormer, hip-to-gable and mansard conversions; extensions include rear, single and double-storey projects. The company also designs, supplies and fits kitchens and bathrooms, with decorating, plastering, rendering and carpentry available.
Managing director Constantin Botezatu says the company has worked in the building industry for over ten years; its home page also describes more than 15 years’ experience refurbishing properties. Based in Twickenham, the company says it keeps clients informed from start to finish and aims to make building work less stressful.
Projects begin with a consultation and can include design options, planning through construction and project management. A dedicated manager coordinates trades during refurbishments, and the team says it keeps sites clean. Kitchen and bathroom work includes daily clean-up, and the company offers no-obligation quotes. Public liability insurance is stated at £10 million, with £150,000 contracts works insurance.
