About DAMPX Damp Proofing London
DAMPX is a family-run business providing damp proofing treatments and basement waterproofing across the UK. Its services also include damp surveys, condensation and mould solutions, timber preservation and cavity wall insulation removal.
The company says its salaried surveyors explain their findings and any recommended remedial work in plain language. They investigate the cause of damp using inspections and equipment including thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters and drain cameras. Basement surveys typically take place within a week, and reports are issued within 48 hours.
DAMPX says it does not recommend unnecessary work. Aftercare follows completed projects, and most services have a company guarantee. If work does not last, the company says it will return free of charge to put things right.

What customers say
DampX where superb from start to finish! Our problem was a due to our external path bridging the damp course.
The attention to detail of their survey was on a completely different level.
